Futures Industry Association (FIA)

FIA Technology Services, Inc. (FIA Tech) is a subsidiary of the FIA, the global trade association for futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets. After several interviews with FIA Tech executives, I collaborated with designers and product owners to deliver content strategy and the copy deck for their new website.

As a lead digital producer at AT&T, I developed content strategy, planned and managed digital projects across att.com/wireless/ and att.com/prepaid/. Created and managed dozens of campaigns and offers on att.com. The campaign (shown below) is just one of many. Check it out on the homepage or the landing page.

Separating the cost of research from execution fees due to the revision of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), required significant changes to operating models, systems, data, people and processes due to the unbundling of research and execution services. This fact sheet I helped develop with Thomson Reuters demonstrates how they help solve MiFID II buy-side research challenges.
